Continuous Mechanical Modernization
The factory has been entirely designed to meet the demands of a modern dyeing and finishing plant, with the capacity to accommodate future investments and expansions.
The dyehouse operates state-of-the-art machines (overflows, jiggers, beams) with capacities ranging from 80 kg to 500 kg. These are fully automated and electronically controlled to ensure precise shade repeatability.
Our finishing equipment allows us to perform the following treatments to deliver a high-specification end product with high added value:
- Elastane / Lycra Heat Setting
- Shrinking (Sanforizing)
- Airo Air Finishing
- Tumbling EnAirGy
- Decatizing
- Brushing / Sueding (Peach Skin effect)
- Fill Coupe (Shearing)
The facility is equipped with all essential peripheral systems required for a modern plant to fully meet its operational goals. Our mechanical equipment is complemented by a series of water softeners, modern steam generators (2026), air production units, and pumping stations.
Our rigorous quality control protocols, implemented meticulously throughout both the fabric processing stages and on the finalized product, reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence. Our ultimate goal is the absolute satisfaction of our clients’ exact specifications. We maintain comprehensive archival records to guarantee flawless shade reproducibility and to continuously optimize our production methodologies.
Our company is deeply committed to environmental protection. In addition to using natural gas exclusively as fuel, we operate a fully equipped biological and chemical wastewater treatment plant. Heat exchangers ensure that emitted air pollutants remain well below permissible limits. As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, a 400kV Photovoltaic Park has been operating on the factory roof since 2023. Following the 2022 energy crisis, we installed a complete Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) network, strictly adhering to the latest state regulations. Furthermore, we contract a specialized firm for the responsible collection and recycling of all solid waste.
Furthermore, underscoring our dedication to environmental sustainability, our company has partnered with a specialized waste management agency for the responsible collection, removal, and recycling of all our solid waste (including plastics, paper, metals, and wood).
